☝️ Long Entry

  1. Price is above the 200 EMA.
  2. A and B Leg pattern form while the MACD histogram stays above the 0 line.
  3. Enter when price moves above the top of the A leg. Do not wait for the candle to close.

👇 Short Entry

  1. Price is below the 200 EMA.
  2. A and B leg pattern form while the MACD histogram stays below the 0 line.
  3. Enter when price moves below the bottom of the A leg. Do not wait for the candle to close.

🔥 Risk to Reward: Proportional to the length of the A:B legs.

🛑 Where to place stop-loss:
For Longs: Below the B leg.
For Shorts: Above the B leg.
🚀 Where to take profits: 2:1, when 1:1 is hit move stop to break even.
